Step 1

Chocolate Endorsement

Chocolate is owned for its heart break curing remedies, so weather you’ve lost a loved one or cant bare to hear any more of Barry’s stories, plod on down to your local shop to buy come good old fashioned chocolate. If you’re feeling adventurous white chocolate is known to make you aroused while sad, whereas dark chocolate can make you very affectionate while around others of the opposite sex.

Step 2

Binge Netflix

What better to do than drown your sorrows in the next series of Barry Ferns Live or the hit shat show ‘Do You Mind If I Sit With You?. Whatever takes your fancy it is sure to cure anyone feeling sad. Moving images have a way of taking you out of the real world and into the mids of the creatives who made the shows. It helps your body link to the happening on screen and simulates your body. So, as a rule of thumb, watch happy things if you want to be less sad- Simple!

Listen to The Obituary Show

When it comes to sadness and death there is only so much you can keep out of you life. Don’t shy away from it. Embrace it! Now, get you chocolate, a hot cup of tea, put Netflix on pause and listen to another episode of The Obituary Show!
